Campus Convoy is an independent student project that helps NUST students coordinate late-night group travel toward compatible destination areas. It is not an official NUST service and is not endorsed, owned, or operated by NUST. NUST affiliation is used only to define who may use the platform, via the @nust.na email requirement.

Campus Convoy helps students coordinate group travel. It does not guarantee personal safety, transportation availability, or that any particular route, meeting point, or fellow user is safe.

Campus Convoy does not verify the identity of users beyond confirming they hold a valid @nust.na email address, does not screen users for criminal history or conduct, and does not monitor convoys in real time.

Campus Convoy is not an emergency service and does not replace campus security, police, medical services, or any other emergency responder. If you are in immediate danger, contact official emergency services or campus security directly.

You are responsible for your own safety decisions, including whether to join a convoy, who you travel with, and what route you take.

Do not share your exact home address, ID number, or other sensitive personal information with other users.

Use the in-app safety reporting feature to report unverified persons, unsafe behavior, harassment, or other concerns.

You must be a currently enrolled NUST student with a valid @nust.na email address to use Campus Convoy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Convoy and its creator(s) are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, delay, or other harm arising from your use of the platform, your participation in a convoy, or the conduct of other users.

Campus Convoy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your account is tied to your NUST student email. Do not share your login access with others.

Destination areas are broad and do not require your exact address. See the safety section on each convoy page for what information is and isn't collected.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the platform develops. Continued use of Campus Convoy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
